PMG Seaport-E Home On all tasks, PMG’s quality control methodology is a primary focus beginning with clearly identified and understood objectives. The Project Manager and Team Leads know ensuring adherence to the desired deliverables is critical. From experience and industry lessons learned, program success and delivery schedule completeness begins with a clear articulation of the team’s expectations, deliverables, desired content, preferred format, and timeline. Sound quality control is applied throughout the contract execution to further ensure the value of the deliverables. In the interest of saving time and eliminating confusion, Team PMG will stand-up a secure task order web site to communicate all aspects of the task order process to team members. Phase Reviews PMG’s Project Manager will establish the following series of Phase Reviews with the contract representative. Phase Reviews are necessary to ensure completeness and document accurate findings. Following each Phase Review, the Program Manager will provide an after-action review to the Contracting Officer and government Lead, with responses, issues requiring resolution, and a proposed timetable for corrective action. The Program Manager will monitor compliance with corrective action requirements and continually dialog with client until the appropriate quality level in performance is achieved. Phase l Review: Once Team PMG has conducted up to 25% of the contract requirements or contract period, the Phase 1 Review will be scheduled. During this review, Team PMG and the government representatives will be afforded the opportunity to examine the performance requirements for the work completed to date and make course corrections if necessary. Phase 2 Review: Once Team PMG has completed the 50% of the contract requirements and/or contract period, the Phase 2 Review will be scheduled. The meeting shall be held to review the project and to discuss any additional direction required by the government and the contractor team before proceeding. Phase 3 Review: Once Team PMG has completed 75% of the contract requirements and/or contract period, the Phase 3 Review will be scheduled. The meeting shall be held to review progress since the initial reviews, adjustments required, if any, have been made and requirements necessary to execute the latter portions of the contract. Final Review: Once the Team PMG Project Manager has conducted a final review of the contract requirements and the Project’s Quality Control Plan, he will communicate completion of the deliverables so stakeholders are operationally aware. A final review between the government installation representatives and our team will allow for minor final adjustments/corrections to be made prior to the official completion of the contract. |
