Jessica Leon Guerrero, a native of Guam, worked in insurance and financial services for over a decade primarily dealing with business owners and key staff across local industries to provide insurance and investment advice prior to her integration into the role of Chief Executive Officer of PMG Guam. Prior to founding PMG Guam, Ms. Leon Guerrero served PMG as a consultant for all Guam initiatives, assisting in areas of industry research, business development, and strategic partnership development. She is currently a member of Soroptimists International of Guam, the Guam Contractor’s Association, and the Guam Young Professionals. She sits on the Board of Directors of the Habitat for Humanity Guam. Ms. Leon Guerrero obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at the University of Guam in May 2000.
Melanie Mendiola

Melanie Mendiola, a native of Guam, worked in financial services for over seven years prior to taking on the role of President of PMG Guam. Ms. Mendiola’s experience includes advising clients in the corporate, public, and non-profit spheres in areas of investment management, credit services, and foreign exchange and trade services. Her most recent role included educating over 11,000 employees of the Government of Guam in areas of retirement planning. Ms. Mendiola is a published business journalist in Guam Business Magazine, as well as Marianas Business Journal. She currently holds the position of Secretary for the Guam Young Professionals and is a Wish Granting Committee Member for the Make A Wish Foundation of Guam. Ms. Mendiola is a graduate of New York University majoring in Economics and East Asian Studies (language of specialization: Japanese) and holding a minor in Business Administration.
